Gaming is entertainment, not a burden. At Bat Jali, we believe every player deserves to enjoy games in a healthy and informed way.
Responsible play is a core part of what Bat Jali stands for. We want every member to see gaming as an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of income or a way to cope with stress.
Online gaming becomes a problem when it spirals out of control. We're committed to creating an environment where you always stay in charge of your decisions. Bat Jali's responsible gaming tools are here to help you maintain that control.
Remember — responsible play doesn't mean less fun; it means more sustainable fun. Players who stick to their limits are the ones who enjoy the experience the longest.
To support responsible play at Bat Jali, we've put together a set of practical tools you can use at any time.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Set a limit on how long you play in one session. Once your time is up, Bat Jali will automatically send you an alert and, if needed, end the session.
Set a limit so that once you've lost a certain amount, you can no longer continue playing. This tool helps protect you from the urge to chase your losses.
Take a break from gaming for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account stays active during this period, but you won't be able to play any games.
Exclude yourself from Bat Jali completely for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. Your account cannot be reactivated during this period. This is our strictest protection option.
View your full gaming history, a summary of wins and losses, and a breakdown of time spent — whenever you need it. Awareness is the first step.
Problem gaming tends to creep up gradually, so recognizing the signs early is key. Ask yourself the questions below. If you're answering "yes" to most of them, it may be time to take a step back.
Answer honestly — this is just for you.
Do you chase losses by placing more bets to win back what you've lost?
Have you lied to family or friends about your gaming?
Is gaming affecting your work, studies, or relationships?
Do you feel restless or irritable when you're not playing?
Are you spending money meant for essential expenses on gaming?
Finding it hard to stop gaming even when you try?
Acknowledging the problem is the hardest step, and the most important one. There's no shame in it — many people find themselves in this situation.
Go to Account Settings and activate cooling-off or self-exclusion. It takes effect immediately and gives structure to your decision to step away.
Let a family member or friend know what you're going through. Recovery is much easier with someone by your side than facing it alone.
Seek help from a mental health professional or counsellor. Gaming addiction is a recognized mental health condition, and it is treatable.
Sports, reading, spending time with family — these activities can fill the space gaming leaves behind and do wonders for your mental wellbeing.
