1 General Terms

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure

An account may be closed in two ways:

Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing.

Suspended by Bat Jali: We may close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• Extended period of inactivity
• By court order or government directive
